Terms of Service.

Last updated: May 22, 2026. Please read carefully before using any TradeForChrist service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, joining, or paying for any TradeForChrist service (including the Discord community, the bot, the website, the Catholic Trader Audit, the Catholic Trader Cohort, Sword Bearer membership, Kingdom Builder membership, or any other current or future offering), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services Provided

TradeForChrist offers the following services:

  • Armor Bearer: free Discord community access and foundational catechesis on stewarded trading
  • Sword Bearer: recurring monthly subscription including weekly group calls, private channel access, the Catholic Trader’s Playbook, and access to the founder’s real-time trading alert feed
  • Catholic Trader Audit: a single 90-minute private session with the founder
  • Catholic Trader Cohort: an 8-week structured group program
  • Kingdom Builder: a 12-week private 1-on-1 formation program with the founder
  • Bot, content library, prayer resources, and Magisterium AI integration: available within the Discord community

3. Educational Purpose Only: Not Financial Advice

All TradeForChrist services are educational and formational in nature. Nothing provided through the community, the bot, the alert feed, the courses, or any private session constitutes personalized investment advice, tax counsel, legal counsel, or any form of regulated financial advisory service.

The founder is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), is not registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), or any other regulatory body. TradeForChrist is not a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA).

Any trading you conduct based on what you learn through TradeForChrist is your decision and your responsibility. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, and attorney in your jurisdiction before deploying capital, opening prop firm accounts, or making any financial decision.

4. No Performance Guarantees

Trading futures, options, equities, and other leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed.

Where the founder discloses his own trading results (for example, “$32,681 in 4 months trading the method”), these results are his individual experience. Your results may vary materially. Results may be zero. Results may be negative. You may lose money. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

The founder of TradeForChrist actively trades the same markets and setups taught and alerted to members. The founder may take positions concurrent with, prior to, or following alerts shared with paying members. The alert feed is a teaching feed; it is not a managed account, it is not signal-as-a-service, and it does not constitute a recommendation to any individual member to take a specific trade. Members assume sole responsibility for their own execution decisions.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

TradeForChrist participates in affiliate programs with certain prop trading firms, educational platforms, and other vendors. When a member signs up for one of these vendors through a link provided by TradeForChrist, TradeForChrist may receive a commission at no additional cost to the member. TradeForChrist only promotes vendors the founder personally uses or has used. Affiliate compensation does not influence the doctrinal or educational content of TradeForChrist programs.

7. Account, Membership, and Payment

Sword Bearer is billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation may be initiated at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the current month.

Catholic Trader Audit, Catholic Trader Cohort, and Kingdom Builder are one-time or installment-based payments. See the Refund Policy for the specific cancellation and refund terms for each program.

Founder pricing tiers (e.g., Sword Bearer at $47/mo for the first 25 seats, Kingdom Builder Founding at $7,500 for the first 3 seats) are locked at the founder rate for the lifetime of the membership provided the member maintains continuous good-standing membership. If membership lapses due to cancellation or non-payment, re-enrollment is at the then-current public rate.

8. Application-Required Programs

Kingdom Builder and Catholic Trader Cohort require application and acceptance. TradeForChrist reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any application for any reason or no reason. Application fees, if any, are non-refundable. Application alone does not constitute acceptance or any contractual relationship.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through TradeForChrist (including but not limited to written materials, recordings, alerts, the Catholic Trader’s Playbook, the Capital Blueprint, the Pine Script indicators, the bot library, the website content, the videos, and any other materials) is the intellectual property of TradeForChrist and its founder. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use these materials for their own personal trading and formation. Members may not redistribute, resell, republish, or use TradeForChrist materials to build a competing service.

10. User Conduct

By participating in TradeForChrist community spaces (Discord, calls, cohorts), you agree:

  • Not to share alerts, materials, or proprietary content with non-members
  • Not to harass, demean, or scandalize other members
  • Not to use community spaces to promote competing trading services, MLM schemes, or non-affiliated paid offerings
  • Not to impersonate the founder, staff, or other members
  • To respect the explicitly Catholic doctrinal foundation of the community (you need not be Catholic to participate, but you must respect the doctrinal house in which you are a guest)

Violation of any of the above may result in removal from the community without refund of any portion of paid fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TradeForChrist AND ITS FOUNDER, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY TradeForChrist SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES INCURRED BY MEMBERS WHETHER OR NOT BASED ON TradeForChrist TEACHING, ALERTS, OR CONTENT. THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF TradeForChrist TO ANY MEMBER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT THAT MEMBER HAS ACTUALLY PAID TO TradeForChrist IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeForChrist, its founder, and any agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of TradeForChrist services, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Doctrinal Boundaries

TradeForChrist is a Catholic lay formation community. TradeForChrist is NOT a parish, NOT a substitute for the sacraments, NOT spiritual direction with a priest, NOT a substitute for the Sacrament of Confession, and NOT an officially-recognized canonical entity within the Catholic Church. Members are responsible for their own sacramental and pastoral care under qualified priestly ministry in their own jurisdiction.

14. Modifications to Services or Terms

TradeForChrist reserves the right to modify these Terms, change pricing, alter program structure, or discontinue services at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-community announcement. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the founder resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TradeForChrist services shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication with the founder. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the founder’s county of residence.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
