Disclosures & Disclaimer.
Last updated: May 22, 2026. Risk, conflict of interest, affiliate, and educational disclosures.
1. Educational purpose only
TradeForChrist is an educational and formational community. All content, alerts, programs, calls, recordings, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized investment advice, financial planning, tax counsel, legal counsel, or any form of regulated financial advisory service.
2. Not a registered advisor
Neither TradeForChrist nor its founder is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or the National Futures Association (NFA), and TradeForChrist is not registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). No services provided by TradeForChrist should be construed as advice tailored to your individual financial situation. Consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, and attorney in your jurisdiction before making financial decisions.
3. Risk of substantial loss
Trading futures, options, equities, foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some, all, or more than the principal you initially deploy.
The use of leverage (including but not limited to prop firm accounts, futures margin, and options) magnifies both gains and losses. A small market movement against your position may result in losses substantially exceeding your initial deposit. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Prop firm trading involves passing evaluations and the possibility of failed evaluations. Evaluation fees and reset fees are real costs that can accumulate materially even before any live capital is deployed.
4. Past performance does not guarantee future results
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Where the founder discloses his personal trading results (for example, “$32,681 in 4 months trading the method”), these results represent his individual experience in specific market conditions. Your results may vary materially. You may experience losses where the founder experienced gains. You may experience zero return where the founder experienced positive return.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual performance, simulated results do not represent actual trading and are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
5. Conflict of interest disclosure
The founder of TradeForChrist actively trades the same markets and setups taught and alerted to paying members. The founder may:
- Take positions prior to alerting members
- Take positions concurrent with alerts
- Take positions following alerts
- Hold positions of any size in any direction at any time
The alert feed and live calls are teaching feeds, not managed accounts, not signal-as-a-service, and not personalized recommendations. Members assume sole responsibility for their own trade execution, sizing, and risk management decisions.
6. Affiliate disclosure
TradeForChrist participates in affiliate programs with the following types of vendors and may receive compensation when members sign up through provided links:
- Prop trading firms, including Apex Trader Funding and Take Profit Trader
- Trading platforms and tools, including TradingView and others as added
- Education platforms, where applicable
Affiliate compensation does not come at additional cost to the member. TradeForChrist only promotes vendors the founder personally uses or has used. Affiliate compensation does not influence the doctrinal, educational, or formational content of TradeForChrist programs. Per FTC guidelines, this material connection is disclosed.
7. Doctrinal boundaries
TradeForChrist is a Catholic lay formation community. TradeForChrist is not a parish, not a substitute for the sacraments, not spiritual direction with a priest, not a substitute for the Sacrament of Confession, and not an officially-recognized canonical entity within the Catholic Church. Members are responsible for their own sacramental and pastoral care under qualified priestly ministry in their own jurisdiction.
The bot’s integration with Magisterium AI is provided as an educational resource for engaging with magisterial Catholic teaching. Magisterium AI responses are algorithmic synthesis and citation of Catholic teaching documents; they do not constitute the personal ministry of a priest or canonical theological pronouncement. For pastoral counsel, see a priest.
8. Geographic and regulatory variation
Financial regulations vary by jurisdiction. The legal availability of prop trading, futures trading, options trading, and certain instruments differs by country, state, and even municipality. TradeForChrist makes no representation that any service, instrument, or method discussed is legal, available, or appropriate in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming the legality and tax implications of any financial activity in your jurisdiction before acting.
9. No guarantee of community fit
TradeForChrist reserves the right to decline applications, remove members for conduct violations, and discontinue services at its sole discretion per the Terms of Service. Membership in TradeForChrist confers no property right or ongoing claim against the community.
10. Limitation of liability
As stated in the Terms of Service, TradeForChrist and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any trading losses incurred by members whether or not based on TradeForChrist teaching, alerts, or content. Total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid to TradeForChrist in the preceding 12 months.
11. CFTC required risk statement (futures)
The risk of loss in trading futures contracts or commodity options can be substantial, and therefore investors should understand the risks involved in taking leveraged positions and must assume responsibility for the risks associated with such investments and for their results.
Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures and options may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. The impact of seasonal and geopolitical events is already factored into market prices. The highly leveraged nature of futures trading means that small market movements will have a great impact on your trading account and this can work against you, leading to large losses or can work for you, leading to large gains.
12. NFA Rule 2-29: Hypothetical performance disclosure
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.
One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading.
